Install & connect clickone on macOS

This guide covers installing and connecting clickone on macOS 12 or later. On macOS you install by dragging the app into the Applications folder.

Universal build — runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

  1. 1

    Download the .dmg

Click the 'Download for macOS' button above, then double-click the downloaded .dmg disk image to open it.

  2. 2

    Drag into Applications

In the window that opens, drag the clickone icon onto the 'Applications' folder on the right and wait for the copy to finish.

  3. 3

    Open it the first time

Launch clickone from Launchpad or Applications. If you see 'cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer,' go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click 'Open Anyway.'

  4. 4

    Sign in and connect

Sign in with your registered email and password, then tap 'Quick Connect.' The first time, a 'clickone would like to add VPN configurations' prompt appears — click 'Allow' and confirm with Touch ID / password.
